Voor een gevestigde speler binnen ventilatie, verwarming en sanitair zoeken we een filiaalleider voor het filiaal in Brugge.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als filiaalleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van het filiaal.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zowel de commerciële als operationele werking vlot verloopt.

Je takenpakket:

  • Dagelijkse werking van het filiaal coördineren
  • Klanten professioneel adviseren en begeleiden
  • Technische vragen beantwoorden en oplossingen voorstellen
  • Verkoop stimuleren samen met de accountmanagers
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en benutten
  • Offertes en bestellingen opvolgen
  • Voorraad en administratieve processen mee beheren
  • Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantenservice
  • Relaties uitbouwen met professionele installateurs
  • Mee werken op de werkvloer wanneer nodig
  • Je combineert techniek, commercie en organisatie in één gevarieerde functie met veel autonomie.
