Bij Van Cranenbroek krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een filiaal met ongeveer 80 medewerkers . Je staat dicht bij de winkelvloer, geeft richting aan je leidinggevende team en stuurt tegelijkertijd op commerciële resultaten, personeelsontwikkeling en een sterke dagelijkse operatie. We zoeken een ervaren retailmanager die overzicht houdt, mensen in beweging krijgt en verbeteringen ook echt weet door te voeren. Iemand die niet alleen kijkt naar wat er vandaag moet gebeuren, maar ook ziet hoe de winkel morgen beter kan draaien. Van Cranenbroek is een familiebedrijf met vijf winkels in Nederland en België en ongeveer 1.000 medewerkers. Ons assortiment loopt van tuin en doe-het-zelf tot machines, kleding, dierbenodigdheden en recreatie. Dat maakt het aansturen van onze winkel in Schijndel veelzijdig: veel verschillende afdelingen, grote goederenstromen, seizoensdrukte en een divers team. Wat ga je doen als Filiaalleider in Schijndel? Als filiaalleider ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en resultaten van het filiaal. Je geeft leiding via je assistent-filiaalleiders en andere leidinggevenden, maar bent zelf ook zichtbaar op de winkelvloer.
