Heb je een sterke technische achtergrond in elektriciteit en combineer je dit graag met klantencontact en teamcoördinatie? Krijg je energie van het adviseren van professionele klanten en het mee uitbouwen van een succesvol filiaal? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou.

Als filiaalmanager ben je samen met de Cluster Manager verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal en zorg je ervoor dat professionele klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service en technisch advies.

Het takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Ontvangen en adviseren van professionele klanten bij hun technische vragen en projecten.
  • Aanreiken van passende oplossingen en producten op maat van de behoeften van installateurs en vakprofessionals.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van offertes, bestellingen en prijsaanvragen.
  • Instaan voor een correcte voorraadopvolging en het beheer van de goederenstroom.
  • Ondersteunen van commerciële acties en promoties binnen het filiaal.
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte organisatie van het filiaal, waaronder ontvangst, opslag, verzending en retourverwerking van goederen.
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van het team in overleg met de Cluster Manager.
  • Ondersteunen van de externe vertegenwoordiger bij technische en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Actief bijblijven met nieuwe producten, toepassingen en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector via opleidingen en producttrainingen.
  • Technische opleiding binnen elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring, gecombineerd met een sterke productkennis.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële functie gericht op professionele klanten, bij voorkeur binnen een technische omgeving.
  • Klantgerichte en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid met oog voor service en kwaliteit.
  • Eerste ervaring in het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om de behoeften van klanten correct te analyseren.
  • Goed georganiseerd kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap en een motiverende aanpak binnen een team.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
