Als Filiaalverantwoordelijke Trucks zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het filiaal:

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende processen goed op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Je staat klanten professioneel te woord, telefonisch, face to face en via mail, en verzamelt alle nodige informatie zodat onderhoud of herstelling vlot kan verlopen.
  • Je bewaakt samen met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke een efficiënte en haalbare planning, zodat de capaciteit optimaal wordt benut en afspraken correct worden nagekomen.
  • Je volgt werkorders nauwkeurig op, registreert ze correct in het systeem en zorgt mee voor een vlotte facturatie en een zorgvuldige voorbereiding van garantiedossiers.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke interne communicatie tussen medewerkers en afdelingen en ondersteunt het team in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je bewaakt de klantenbeleving, grijpt proactief in waar nodig en helpt indien nodig mee om het magazijn en de voorraad op orde te houden.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Filiaalverantwoordelijke Trucks zoeken we iemand met de volgende ervaring en vaardigheden:

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de truck- of automotivewereld.
  • Ervaring met vrachtwagens en inzicht in de werking van een truckgarage zijn een sterk voordeel.
  • Je hebt een praktische kennis van Outlook en Excel; kennis van Navision (Incadea DMS) is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en het bewaren van overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is, en je werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt vlot samen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en kunt je behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
