Als filiaalmanager heb jij de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor jouw winkel en ben je een belangrijke schakel in het succes van jouw winkel. Je bent voornamelijk op de winkelvloer te vinden en helpt actief mee met bijvoorbeeld het vullen van de winkel en het lossen van de vracht. Samen met jouw assistent filiaalmanager zorg je voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de winkel en in jouw team. Je kunt rekenen op zeer afwisselende werkzaamheden. Je geeft op een motiverende wijze leiding, stuurt het team van medewerkers aan en controleert en coacht waar nodig. Ook achter de schermen vervul je een belangrijke rol. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goed administratief beheer, een efficiënte planning van de werkzaamheden en inzet van personeel. Wat vragen wij van jou als Filiaalmanager? - Minimaal MBO-niveau 4 werk- en denkniveau . - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in een retailomgeving met hoge omloopsnelheid of een dynamische horeca-omgeving. - Goede commerciële, communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden. - Jouw ondernemerschap en visie leiden tot een voortdurend effectieve winkelorganisatie en een positief bedrijfsresultaat van de winkel. - Bereid het erkende vakdiploma Drogist op onze kosten te behalen. Wat mag jij van ons verwachten als Filiaalmanager? - Het startsalaris voor een gediplomeerde filiaalmanager ligt tussen € 2.200,- en € 3.100,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 37 uur per week, met daarnaast een prestatieafhankelijke bonus. - Een pensioenregeling, studiekostenregeling, 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantietoeslag. - Uiteraard een aantrekkelijke personeelskorting bij Kruidvat, Trekpleister en ICI PARIS XL.
