Heb jij ervaring met het aansturen van een winkelteam en houd je van fietsen, commercie en klantcontact? Als filiaalmanager in Haarlem krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een fietsenwinkel waar klanten binnenkomen voor een nieuwe fiets, advies en goede service. Je staat zelf midden in de winkel, stuurt jouw team aan en zorgt dat commerciële resultaten én klantbeleving kloppen. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen retail of een vergelijkbare commerciële omgeving. Ervaring in de fietsenbranche is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

Wat wij jou kunnen bieden

- Een salaris tussen de €3200 en €4200 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit als filiaalmanager? Je begint de dag met een rondje door de fietsenwinkel. Staat alles netjes, klopt de presentatie en welke klanten en afspraken staan er vandaag op de planning? Daarna bespreek je met jouw team waar die dag de focus ligt en welke commerciële doelen jullie samen willen behalen.

Zodra de winkel open is, ben je veel op de vloer aanwezig. Je ziet een collega bezig met een klant die twijfelt tussen verschillende fietsen en helpt waar nodig mee in het gesprek. Even later komt iemand binnen die advies nodig heeft over welke fiets het beste aansluit bij zijn dagelijkse kilometers, gebruik en wensen. Je zorgt dat klanten goed worden geholpen, zonder dat je zelf ieder verkoopge
