Voor een toonaangevende Sanitairwinkel zijn wij opzoek naar een gedreven filiaalmanager voor de regio Mechelen.

Als filiaalmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de showroom, het verkoopteam en de commerciële resultaten. Je combineert leidinggeven met actief verkopen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten professioneel en persoonlijk worden begeleid bij hun badkamerproject.

De vestiging werd recent geopend in maart 2026, waardoor je een belangrijke rol speelt in de verdere uitbouw en groei.

Jouw taken:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het verkoopteam.
  • Actief meewerken op de verkoopvloer en klanten adviseren.
  • Opvolgen en behalen van commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke en actuele showroom.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen en benutten.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de dagelijkse werking van de vestiging.
  • Ervaring als retailmanager of meerdere jaren ervaring als assistent-manager.
  • Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke people manager en weet een team te motiveren.
  • Klantgericht, representatief en resultaatgericht.
  • Affiniteit met interieur en sanitair.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Bereid om in het weekend te werken.
  • Woonachtig in Mechelen of omgeving (max. ±30 minuten rijden).
