Iemand die met passie voor fietsen én mensen het servicepunt runt alsof het z'n eigen zaak is. Je krijgt de vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid om jouw team én locatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zolang jij het doel niet uit het oog verliest: tevreden klanten en een service van topkwaliteit. Wat ga je doen? Als Filiaalmanager Servicepunt combineer je vakmanschap met leiderschap. Je werkt mee op de werkvloer als fietsenmaker, maar stuurt ook je team aan, zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, denkt mee over voorraad en presentatie en zorgt dat het servicepunt soepel draait. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's en de klant. Waarom dit bij jou past Je vindt het leuk om te sleutelen aan fietsen, maar ook om anderen aan te sturen, processen te verbeteren en te zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jij neemt eigenaarschap over jouw servicepunt en krijgt daar bij Mantel alle ruimte en vertrouwen voor. Concreet betekent dit: - Meewerken in de werkplaats: onderhoud en reparaties uitvoeren aan stads-, sport- en e-bikes; - Leidinggeven aan het serviceteam en zorgen voor een fijne, goed georganiseerde werksfeer; - Zelfstandig beslissingen nemen over voorraad, bezetting en dagelijkse planning; - Klanten adviseren over onderhoud, onderdelen en accessoires; - Samen met je team zorgen voor een nette werkplaats en een klantvriendelijke ontvangst.
