Bij Bike Republic werken we elke dag aan onze missie: wij helpeniedereen op de fiets. Als store manager speel jij daarin een sleutelrol. Jij zorgt voor een warme winkelbeleving, sterke service, een topteam én een vlotte organisatie. Zo bouw je mee aan het succes van onze winkel in jouw regio.

Wat ga je doen?

Als store manager ben jij het gezicht van de winkel én de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse werking. Je zorgt voor een topklantbeleving in de winkel en een efficiënte werkplaats.

Wat hoort er bij jouw rol als store manager?

  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de volledige klantenservice — zowel in de winkel als in de werkplaats zorg jij dat klanten altijd op jou kunnen rekenen.
  • Je inspireert klanten met advies bij aankoop en zorgt voor een kwaliteitsvolle service bij onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Je leidt en motiveert je team, springt zelf bij waar nodig en creëert een winkelomgeving waar klanten én collega’s zich thuis voelen.
  • Je bouwt mee aan de lokale zichtbaarheid van de winkel, waardoor steeds meer mensen én bedrijven Bike Republic leren kennen.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlot draaiende winkelorganisatie: je plant medewerkers efficiënt in, bewaakt de werkverdeling en zorgt voor een winkelpresentatie die klanten aantrekt.
  • Je volgt budgetten en KPI’s nauwkeurig op en neemt doelgerichte beslissingen om de werking én resultaten te verbeteren.
  • Je creëert een positieve, ondersteunende teamdynamiek waarin medewerkers groeien in hun talent, kennis en vakmanschap.
  • Met jouw inzet draag je elke dag bij aan onze missie om meer mensen op de fiets te krijgen — zowel particulieren als bedrijven.
