Konvert Interim Merksem is voor een gevestigde waarde binnen de HVACsector, op zoek naar een Filiaalmedewerker voor de toonbank in het filiaal van Wijnegem. Heb jij technische affiniteit en werk je graag klantgericht? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken!

Functieomschrijving:

Als Filiaalmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten die het filiaal bezoeken. Je helpt hen met technisch advies, een vlotte service en de juiste producten binnen verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair.

Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en hen technisch adviseren over HVACproducten.
  • Vragen beantwoorden in het filiaal, per mail of telefonisch.
  • Administratieve verwerking van verkopen en klaarzetten van bestellingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van offertes.
  • Mee bouwen aan de commerciële groei van het filiaal in samenwerking met collega's, sales en marketing.
  • Zorg dragen voor een ordelijk, overzichtelijk en net filiaal.
  • Goederen ontvangen, uitpakken en op de juiste locatie stockeren in het magazijn.

We zoeken iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en tegelijk klantgericht werkt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Technische achtergrond door opleiding of ervaring, of sterke technische affiniteit!
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van producten binnen ventilatie, verwarming of sanitair.
  • Je communiceert vlot en biedt klanten steeds de beste service.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent sterk in administratie.
  • Kennis van Navision is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt ordelijk, gestructureerd en dienstverlenend.
