Dat doen we dagelijks voor duizenden professionals met kwaliteitsproducten, deskundig advies en persoonlijke service. Samen met onze collega's zorgen we ervoor dat vakmensen iedere dag kunnen vertrouwen op sterke producten, goed advies en een partner die met ze meedenkt. Daarom zijn wij vakmensen achter de vaklui. Als Filiaalmedewerker bij Simonis ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor onze klanten. Je leert ze kennen, weet waar ze mee bezig zijn en helpt ze met de juiste producten en oplossingen. Maar goed helpen betekent bij ons méér dan wachten tot iemand een vraag stelt. Jij ziet kansen én pakt ze. Staat er nog een offerte open? Dan pak je de telefoon. Merk je dat een klant meer nodig heeft voor een project? Dan bespreek je dat. Je kijkt verder dan de eerste klantvraag en denkt actief mee over wat we voor onze klanten kunnen betekenen. In deze rol ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor tevreden klanten én een succesvol filiaal. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere medewerkers in het filiaal en met onze buitendienst. Zo zorgen we samen voor goede service, sterke klantrelaties en commerciële groei. Dit ga je doen in jouw rol: - Je adviseert klanten en verkoopt de juiste producten en oplossingen. - Je kijkt verder dan de eerste klantvraag en signaleert actief commerciële kansen. - Je volgt offertes en klantvragen op en neemt zelf contact op met klanten wanneer je kansen ziet. - Je bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties en denkt mee over hoe we klanten nog beter kunnen bedienen. - Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's in het filiaal en de buitendienst. - Je zorgt ervoor dat voorraad, verkoopadministratie en winkelpresentatie op orde zijn. - Je graag met klanten werkt en makkelijk contact maakt. - Je commercieel en klantgericht bent en niet afwacht...
