The posting

Als filiaalmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die binnenkomen aan de toonbank. Je geeft hen technisch advies over producten in verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair, beantwoordt hun vragen en helpt hen verder waar nodig. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich geholpen voelt en met de juiste oplossing buiten gaat.

Een gemiddelde dag bestaat uit het onthalen van klanten, het verwerken van verkooptransacties, het klaarzetten van bestellingen en het beantwoorden van vragen via e-mail of telefoon. Je ondersteunt bovendien bij de opmaak van offertes en werkt nauw samen met het sales- en marketingteam om het filiaal verder uit te bouwen. Daarnaast hou je de winkel en het magazijn ordelijk, ontvang je geleverde goederen en plaats je die op de juiste plek.

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma of relevante werkervaring, of je kan een sterke technische interesse aantonen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van ventilatie, verwarming of sanitair

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief correct
  • Kennis van NAVISION is een pluspunt
  • Je bent ordelijk en werkt graag dienstverlenend
  • Je hebt een werk- en denkniveau BSO, TSO of ASO
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante ervaring
