Dyka Group, onderdeel van de internationale Tessenderlo Group, is veel meer dan een producent van kunststof leidingsystemen. Wij zetten ons elke dag in voor een duurzamere wereld door water, lucht en energie op een efficiënte, betrouwbare en milieuvriendelijke manier te vervoeren. Dit doen we met materialen die gerecycleerd zijn of volledig recycleerbaar zijn. Daarom dragen we met trots de naam “Nature’s Network.”

We zijn actief in heel Europa met vestigingen in onder andere België, Nederland, Frankrijk, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Duitsland, Polen, Tsjechië, Hongarije, Slovenië en Roemenië.

Onze Belgische productiesite bevindt zich in Overpelt. Daarnaast beschikt Dyka in België over 8 regionale filialen die instaan voor een klantgerichte en vlotte levering aan handelaars, aannemers, professionele installateurs, overheden, nutsbedrijven en industriële klanten.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij servicegericht, nauwkeurig en een echte teamspeler? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Filiaalmedewerker ben je breed inzetbaar: je bent het gezicht van ons filiaal én zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je biedt klanten uitstekende service, zowel aan de balie als telefonisch. Je denkt mee, geeft deskundig advies en helpt bij het vinden van de juiste producten
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen nauwkeurig en verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling hiervan
  • Je ondersteunt in het magazijn: je stelt orders samen, maakt deze verzendklaar en zorgt dat alles op tijd verstuurd wordt
  • Je verwerkt inkomende en geretourneerde goederen op correcte wijze.
  • Samen met je collega’s houd je het filiaal netjes, veilig en overzichtelijk – een prettige werkomgeving voor iedereen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckcertificaat of bent bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen
  • Je bent leergierig en hands-on
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële rol en/of als magazijnmedewerker
  • Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en denkt actief mee vanuit een commerciële invalshoek
  • Je herkent jezelf in onze kernwaarden: initiatief tonen, doen wat we beloven, de klant centraal stellen en samenwerken als één team.
