The posting

Als Filiaalverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal. Je combineert klantencontact, operationele opvolging en teammanagement om ervoor te zorgen dat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

Je staat in voor de verkoop en begeleiding van klanten en volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op via mail en telefoon. Dankzij jouw technische interesse groei je uit tot een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor klanten die advies nodig hebben.

Daarnaast neem je de leiding over het filiaal en stuur je een team van ongeveer 10 à 12 medewerkers aan. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voorraad en stimuleert een goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokken afdelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwelkomen en adviseren van klanten.
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van bestellingen.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team.
  • Organiseren van de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal.
  • Voorraadbeheer en stockoptimalisatie.
  • Bewaken van een vlotte samenwerking tussen interne en externe diensten.
  • Creëren van een positieve en klantgerichte werksfeer.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond of hebt affiniteit met technische producten.
  • Je bent klantgericht, organisatorisch sterk en administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie of beschikt over de nodige maturiteit om een team aan te sturen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent bereid om afwisselend op zaterdagvoormiddag te werken.
