The posting

Voor onze klant in Herselt zoeken wij een Filiaalverantwoordelijke.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je klantencontact en showroomverkoop met administratie en operationele opvolging. Je staat midden in de dagelijkse werking, steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten, bestellingen en herstellingen correct worden opgevolgd.

Je stuurt de magazijnier en technieker aan en stemt operationeel af met de accountmanagers. Hun commerciële aansturing ligt bij de salesmanager.

Als Filiaalverantwoordelijke zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het filiaal.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Klanten verder helpen in de showroom, telefonisch en via mail
  • Professionele klanten adviseren en ondersteunen bij hun aankoop
  • Offertes, bestellingen en administratie correct opvolgen
  • Verkochte goederen, leveringen en herstellingen afstemmen met de accountmanagers, het magazijn en de technische dienst
  • De magazijnier en technieker praktisch aansturen
  • De planning en interne procedures bewaken
  • Actief meewerken en bijspringen waar nodig

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft binnen een showroom, filiaal of vergelijkbare operationele omgeving
  • Commercieel en klantgericht is
  • Gestructureerd werkt en gemakkelijk het overzicht bewaart
  • Initiatief neemt en problemen praktisch oplost
  • Collega’s op een positieve en natuurlijke manier kan meenemen
  • Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit heeft met de bouwsector of technisch materieel

Ervaring met het aansturen van een klein team is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
