Ben jij een geboren leider met een commerciële mindset én een passie voor techniek? Krijg je energie van het coachen van een team, het onderhouden van klantenrelaties en het dagelijks mee sturen van een filiaal? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou.

Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de sanitair- en verwarmingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Filiaalverantwoordelijke voor de vestiging in Aartselaar. Je krijgt de kans om een filiaal verder uit te bouwen, een team aan te sturen en mee het verschil te maken voor klanten én collega's.

Wat ga je doen?

Na een grondige inwerkperiode leer je de organisatie, de producten en de klanten door en door kennen. Daarna neem je de leiding over één van de filialen en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt je team zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt.
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en medewerkers bij technische en commerciële vragen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit en zorgt voor een uitstekende service.
  • Je waakt over een klantgerichte en flexibele werking binnen het filiaal.
  • Je combineert commerciële doelstellingen met een efficiënte administratieve opvolging.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en moeiteloos mensen weet te enthousiasmeren. Dankzij jouw technische kennis én commerciële flair weet je klanten én collega's te overtuigen.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur binnen sanitair en/of centrale verwarming;
  • heb je ervaring in een leidinggevende of gelijkaardige functie;
  • combineer je commerciële feeling met een gestructureerde aanpak;
  • ben je een coachende leidinggevende die mensen motiveert en verbindt;
  • hou je ervan om initiatief te nemen en zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
