The posting

Als Filiaalverantwoordelijke neem je de dagelijkse leiding van het filiaal in handen alsof het je eigen winkel is. Je motiveert en begeleidt je team, bewaakt de commerciële doelstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten telkens opnieuw kunnen rekenen op een professionele service en een optimale winkelervaring.

Jouw taken

  • Je stuurt het volledige filiaalteam van een 5 tal medewerkers aan en coacht medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je stelt de personeelsplanning op en behandelt verlofaanvragen.
  • Je beheert het financiële luik van de vestiging, waaronder kassa-opvolging, budgetbeheer, rapportering en groei van het filiaal.
  • Je neemt het commerciële voortouw door prospectie uit te voeren, acties te organiseren en offertes nauwgezet op te volgen.
  • Je zorgt voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie die klanten een aangename winkelervaring biedt.
  • Je verwerkt de nodige administratie en volgt dossiers correct op.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen en stimuleert de voortdurende ontwikkeling van je medewerkers.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van trends, evoluties en opportuniteiten binnen de retailsector.
  • Je behandelt klantenvragen en klachten op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een technische of doe het zelf retailomgeving.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met ijzerwaren, gereedschappen of bouwgerelateerde producten is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over sterke commerciële vaardigheden en weet resultaten te realiseren.
  • Je bent een inspirerende peoplemanager die medewerkers motiveert en laat groeien.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten en collega's.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands.
