Voor ons filiaal in Evergem zijn we op zoek naar een Filiaalverantwoordelijke die instaat voor de dagelijkse organisatie, klantenservice en resultaten van het filiaal.

Jouw taken

Je staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding en organisatie van het filiaal.

Je stuurt het team aan, motiveert medewerkers en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een professionele en klantgerichte service.

Je adviseert klanten over banden, onderhoud en automotive diensten.

Je maakt afspraken, offertes en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.

Je volgt de planning en werkverdeling binnen het filiaal op.

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.

Je volgt de voorraad, bestellingen en leveringen op.

Je ondersteunt bij bandenservice en car service wanneer nodig.

Je volgt de administratie en facturatie op.

Je rapporteert aan de regiomanager en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het filiaal.

Je ziet commerciële opportuniteiten en draagt bij aan de groei van het filiaal.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt ervaring binnen de automotive sector, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende of verantwoordelijke functie.

Je bent commercieel ingesteld en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Je bent klantgericht en weet een professionele relatie met klanten op te bouwen.

Je kunt een team motiveren, aansturen en bijsturen waar nodig.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt prioriteiten stellen.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig.

Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt interesse in banden en automotive.

Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en kunt vlot met computersystemen werken.

Je bent flexibel en steekt indien nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Pluspunten

Ervaring als filiaalverantwoordelijke, teamleader of werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.

Technische opleiding binnen automotive of autotechniek.

Ervaring met bandenservice en/of car service.

Attest HEV 2.

Attest Airco.
