Voor één van onze klanten is Konvert Sint-Amabdsberg op zoek naar een filiaalverantwoordelijke. In deze functie sta je in voor het aansturen van het filiaal. Verder draag je bij tot het behalen van de vooropgestelde commerciële doelen.

De onderneming is actief in de distributie van meubel-, deur- en raambeslag, bevestigingsmaterialen, werfbenodigdheden, gereedschap, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en toegangscontrolesystemen. Met tientallen filialen verspreid over Vlaanderen en meer dan 90 jaar ervaring in de sector, bouwt het bedrijf dagelijks verder aan een sterke toekomst binnen de Retail.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen en coachen van het volledige team binnen het filiaal
  • Financieel beheer: opvolgen van kassa, budgetten en groeidoelstellingen
  • Commercieel beheer: actieve prospectie, opzetten van acties, opvolgen van offertes
  • Instaan voor een nette en aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie die bijdraagt aan een positieve klantbeleving
  • Opstellen van een efficiënte personeelsplanning en uitvoeren van administratieve taken, zoals goedkeuring van verlofaanvragen
  • Organiseren van opleidingen voor medewerkers ter ondersteuning van hun professionele ontwikkeling
  • Op de hoogte blijven van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de Retailsector
  • Afhandelen van klachten en zorgen voor een klantgerichte oplossing
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de Retail
  • Productkennis is een pluspunt
  • Commercieel ingesteld en in staat om het filiaal verder te laten groeien
  • Sterke peoplemanager met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Taalvaardigheid: Nederlands – zeer goed
