Hier draait alles om kwaliteit en vakmanschap. Bij deze job krijg je de nodige begeleiding. Dit is niet zomaar een job, het is een ervaring die smaakt naar meer!

Jobomschrijving

Voor de job als verantwoordelijke slagerij ben je het gezicht van de winkel en sta je dagelijks in om op een professionele manier de klanten te helpen met de aankoop van hun maaltijden.

  • naast de verkoop verzorg je ook de bereiding van gerechten, salades en belegde broodjes
  • de klaargemaakte gerechten pak je netjes in, voorziet deze van een etiket en je presenteert alles netjes in de toonbank
  • je helpt dagelijks met het lossen van de producten die geleverd worden door de chauffeur
  • deze producten vul je telkens netjes aan in de frigo's en diepvriezers van het atelier
  • daarnaast zal je zorgen voor een correct kassabeheer
  • je zorgt voor een goede organisatie in de winkel en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het team

Voor de job als verantwoordelijke slagerij kan je jouw verantwoordelijkheid nemen en ben je enthousiast om het team te coachen.

  • je hebt al reeds 2 jaar ervaring opgedaan, liefst in een leidinggevende functie
  • je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en collega's kunnen altijd op jouw hulp rekenen
  • tijdens drukke periodes kan je het hoofd koel houden en weet je van aanpakken
  • je kan een correcte planning opmaken en volgt de procedures nauwkeurig op
  • de winkel is open tijdens het weekend, ter compensatie heb je 2 dagen in de week vrij
  • deze slagerij staat bekend voor de verkoop van verse producten, je bent bereid om de hygiënevoorschriften op te volgen
