Vanuit het filiaal in Herselt bedienen ze zowel professionele klanten als particulieren, met een sterke focus op persoonlijk advies, service en beschikbaarheid.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Filiaalverantwoordelijke / Vestigingsverantwoordelijke in Herselt neem je de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal in handen. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt, van klantenadvies en bestellingen tot planning en administratie. Je combineert klantencontact, organisatie en operationele verantwoordelijkheid in een gevarieerde functie waarin je veel zelfstandigheid krijgt. Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Adviseren en begeleiden van professionele klanten in de showroom.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen, in nauwe samenwerking met de accountmanagers.
  • Organiseren van de dagelijkse planning van de chauffeur-magazijnier.
  • Bewaken van een vlotte dagelijkse werking en bijspringen op de werkvloer wanneer nodig.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, collega's en de verschillende interne diensten.
  • Samenwerken met de hoofdzetel, HR en boekhouding.
  • Opvolgen van administratieve processen, waaronder dossiers rond openstaande betalingen.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en actief meedenken over een efficiënte werking van het filiaal.

Jouw profiel We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, dicht bij de klant staat en tegelijk voldoende overzicht bewaart om een filiaal operationeel in goede banen te leiden. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt affiniteit met de bouwsector, technische producten of een technische omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt je behelpen in het Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren.
  • Je bent klantgericht, hands-on en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet waar je kunt bijspringen of verbeteren.
