Filiale Rankweil Ihre Chance: Eine Schlüsselposition an unserem zentralen Standort

Als Filiale in unserer Unternehmenszentrale nimmt sie eine bedeutende Rolle innerhalb unseres Hauses ein. Hier laufen Kundennähe, Vertriebskompetenz und die Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Fachbereichen zusammen. Für das Wohnbaugeschäft stehen der Filiale Rankweil die Expter:innen unseres Wohnbaucenters als kompetente Partner:innen zur Seite.

Eine besondere Stärke unserer Filialstruktur liegt in der klaren Aufgabenverteilung: Der Servicebereich wird durch eine Teamleitung geführt, die organisatorisch direkt der Filialleitung zugeordnet ist. Dadurch kann sich die Filialleitung verstärkt auf die Weiterentwicklung der Filiale, die Führung des Beratungsteams sowie den Ausbau des Veranlagungs- und Vertriebsgeschäfts konzentrieren.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die erfolgreiche Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Filiale Rankweil mit Fokus auf nachhaltiges Wachstum, hohe Beratungsqualität und ausgezeichnete Kundenerlebnisse

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Beratungsteams mit Schwerpunkt auf Veranlagungen, Vermögensaufbau und bedarfsgerechte Kundenbetreuung

* Steuerung der Filiale in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung Servicemanagement, welche die operative Führung des Servicebereichs verantwortet

* Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Neukundengewinnung sowie zur langfristigen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Aktive Netzwerkpflege sowie Repräsentation unserer Bank in der Region und Stärkung unserer Marktpräsenz

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bankenbereich

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Privatkundengeschäft, insbesondere im Bereich Veranlagungen

* Starkes Netzwerk in unserer Region und die Bereitschaft, dieses aktiv aufzubauen und zu pflegen

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Repräsentation der Volksbank Vorarlberg nach innen und außen

* Teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit motivierender und wertschätzender Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
