Wir suchen: 1 Filialleiter_in (m/w/d) für 40,00 Stunden in unserer Filiale in 1120 Wien

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

*Du bist Teil des Management Teams und verantwortlich für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Filiale mit starkem Fokus auf Kunden und Gästezufriedenheit

*Dein Team und du sorgen für eine kompetente und herzliche Kundenbetreuung - ihr seid die perfekten Gastgeber

*Du führst, schulst und motivierst dein Filialteam mit bis zu 15 Mitarbeitern inkl. Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung

*Mit Hilfe deines unternehmerischen und lösungsorientierten Denken verantwortest du die Kennzahlen deiner Filiale und hast dabei die Steuerung der Warenflüsse und die Kostenkontrolle fest im Griff

*Organisation und Durchführung vielfältiger administrativer und personeller Aufgaben für einen erfolgreichen und reibungslosen Filialablauf

*Durchführung von Kassiertätigkeiten und Bereitschaft für Wochenenddienste
