Als Filialleiter:in im Reisebüro Mistelbach betreuen Sie unsere Kund:innen mit viel Erfahrung, Feingefühl und echter Leidenschaft fürs Reisen. In einem hochwertigen und persönlichen Umfeld gestalten Sie individuelle Urlaubserlebnisse und begleiten unsere Kund:innen von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigen Buchung.

Sie führen als Filialleiter:in die Filiale ziel- und ergebnisorientiert und haben Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung des Teams, sowie der Neukundenakquise. Mit Ihrem Engagement tragen Sie wesentlich zum Erfolg unseres Reisebüros bei. 1 Filialleiter_in (m/w/x) Deine Aufgaben

* Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung maßgeschneiderter Reisen - von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Nachbetreuung

* Beratung zu Destinationen, Transportmöglichkeiten, Unterkünften, Reiseversicherungen sowie länderspezifischen Erfordernissen

* Kommunikation mit Herz und Engagement: Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Kunden via Telefon und E-Mail mit 100% Kundenfokus

* Individuelle Kundenwünsche umsetzen: Buchung von Zusatzleistungen und Gestaltung von Reisepaketen

* Erstellung ansprechender Reiseunterlagen für unsere Kunden

* Erledigung administrativer Tätigkeiten im Backoffice-Bereich

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Marketing, Vertrieb und Kundenservice zur erfolgreichen Vermarktung und Umsetzung der Reiseprodukte

* Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Führung der Filiale

* Führung und Entwicklung des Teams

* Steuerungsvorgaben umsetzten und Budgetverantwortung

Dein Profil

* Ausbildung: Kaufmännische oder touristische Ausbildung; ein Studium im Bereich Tourismusmanagement ist von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5-jährige Reisebüroerfahrung oder erste Führungserfahrung.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

* Persönliche Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Für die Rolle als Filialleitung setzten wir zudem Servicebereitschaft, Zielstrebigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung, Führungsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit in der täglichen Arbeit voraus.

* IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrungen mit touristischen Buchungssystemen sind ein Plus

* Leidenschaft fürs Reisen und ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Tourismusbranche

* Hohe Kundenorientierung und den Anspruch, das Beste für unsere Kunden zu erreichen
