Deine Aufgaben:

* Führung in Vertretung - Übernimm die Verantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb, Teamentscheidungen und das Coaching der Mitarbeitenden.

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store Manager (m/w/d) - Plant gemeinsam die Personaleinsätze, entwickelt Verkaufsstrategien und Konzepte, um das Team sowie die Kundschaft zu begeistern.

* Produktexpertise - Beantworte komplexe Fragen der Kundschaft, präsentiere unsere Produkte souverän und verkörpere unsere einzigartige Feel Good Experience.

* Operative Verantwortung - Kümmere dich um Dienstpläne, Bestandskontrolle und Kassenführung und sichere so den reibungslosen Ablauf im Store.

* Teamentwicklung & Zielerreichung - Inspiriere durch dein Coaching, lasse Menschen über sich hinauswachsen und verwandele Verkaufsziele in spannende Challenges.

* Brand Ambassador-Rolle - Repräsentiere unsere Luxusboutique mit deinem gepflegten und professionellen Auftreten bis ins kleinste Detail.

Das Mindestgehalt nach KV für diese Position beträgt € 2.362,00 (Einstiegsgehalt im 1. Berufsjahr auf Vollzeitbasis) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.

* Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Kundenservice und Führungserfahrung.

* Du bringst Flexibilität mit - auch für Früh-, Spätschichten und Wochenenden.

* Du hältst es nicht aus, den ganzen Tag stillzusitzen. Du bist wirklich begeistert vom Einzelhandel und liebst den Trubel und die Abwechslung.

* Du bist ergebnisorientiert und verwandelst Gespräche ganz natürlich in inspirierende Verkaufsgespräche.

* Du hast starke soziale Fähigkeiten und kannst dich auf unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten einstellen. Du weißt, wie du dein Team motivierst, mit deinem Store Manager kooperierst und die Kundschaft für dich gewinnst.
