Deine Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt die Shop-Leitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft am Standort G3 in Gerasdorf und trägst zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Shops bei.

* In Abwesenheit der Shop-Leitung übernimmst du die stellvertretende Filialleitung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

* Gemeinsam mit der Shop-Leitung coachst und motivierst du das Team und sorgst für begeisterte Kund:innen.

* Du präsentierst und verkaufst das innovative A1 Produktportfolio und schaffst überzeugende Einkaufserlebnisse.

* Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe und stellst die hohen Service- und Qualitätsstandards von A1 sicher.

* Du wirkst aktiv bei der Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen und Lehrlingen im Einzelhandel mit.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Handel, idealerweise im Einzelhandel, Verkauf oder in der Telekommunikationsbranche

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf sowie ausgeprägte Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung

* Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, den nächsten Karriereschritt in Richtung Filialleitung oder Teamleitung zu machen

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Mitarbeiter:innen weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen

* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

Das KV-Bruttogehalt (Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft) für diese Position beträgt aktuell EUR 3.382,09 für 40 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit)
