Als Filling Machine Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines. Je lost storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en schakelt de Technische Dienst in wanneer nodig. Daarnaast zorg je voor de administratie, het schoonmaken van de machines en geef je leiding aan een klein team inpakkers. Je rapporteert aan de Ploegleiding en Manager Filling en draagt bij aan een efficiënt en veilig productieproces. Deze functie biedt volop kansen om door te groeien. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines in de filling-afdeling; - Oplossen van storingen en uitvoeren van klein en groot onderhoud aan de machines; - Begeleiden en aansteken van inpakkers, inclusief werkverdeling en ondersteuning; - Bijhouden van de administratie met betrekking tot productie en machine-instellingen; - Zorgen voor de schoonmaak en netheid van de machines en het werkgebied; - Rapporteren aan de Ploegleiding en Manager Filling over productievoortgang en knelpunten. Wat heb jij in huis? - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur op niveau 3, in een technische richting; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een productieomgeving; - Kennis van en ervaring met het omstellen en instellen van productiemachines; - Technische aanleg en probleemoplossend vermogen bij storingen en onderhoud; - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken; - Communicatieve vaardigheden en leiderschapservaring voor het aansteken van ...
