Als Finance & Accounting Analyst versterk je de Belgische organisatie van een groeiende onderneming in geïntegreerde energieoplossingen. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt, bouwt, financiert en beheert oplossingen die industriële, logistieke en commerciële klanten helpen hun energiekosten te verlagen en hun duurzaamheidsambities te realiseren.

Je brengt structuur en overzicht in de dagelijkse financiële administratie en boekhoudkundige opvolging. Vanuit die operationele basis groei je geleidelijk door naar meer analytische taken, controlling en business partnering. De functie staat open voor juniorprofielen en kandidaten aan het begin van hun loopbaan. Je takenpakket en verantwoordelijkheden worden afgestemd op je ervaring en ontwikkelingspotentieel.

Je rapporteert aan de Head of Portfolio & Strategic Partnerships en werkt samen met het Belgische team, collega’s in Nederland, externe accountants en andere professionele partners.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Nauwkeurig en tijdig voorbereiden en versturen van klantfacturen.
  • Opvolgen van binnenkomende betalingen.
  • Afstemmen van de betalingsstatus met de financiële administratie.
  • Gestructureerd en professioneel opvolgen van achterstallige klantenvorderingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de maandafsluiting.
  • Controleren van de volledigheid en consistentie van financiële informatie.
  • Voorbereiden van periodieke prestatierapporteringen.
  • Toelichten van belangrijke afwijkingen tegenover budget, forecast en voorgaande periodes.
  • Bijdragen aan het jaarlijkse budgetterings- en forecastingproces.
  • Verzamelen van aannames en kritisch beoordelen van aangeleverde gegevens.
  • Samenbrengen van financiële gegevens tot een geconsolideerd overzicht.
  • Standaardiseren van terugkerende financiële processen.
  • Vastleggen van duidelijke werkstromen en verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Automatiseren van manuele werkzaamheden waar dit meerwaarde biedt.
  • Mee uitbouwen van efficiënte, beheersbare en schaalbare financiële processen.
  • Geleidelijk opnemen van meer verantwoordelijkheden binnen analyse, controlling en business partnering.
  • Doorgroeien tot een centraal financieel aanspreekpunt voor de Belgische organisatie.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, accountancy, economie, bedrijfskunde of een verwante richting vormt je opleidingsbasis.
  • Ook als junior of starter kom je in aanmerking voor deze functie.
  • Een sterke motivatie om een loopbaan in finance, accounting en controlling uit te bouwen is essentieel.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en structuur kenmerken je manier van werken.
  • Analytisch inzicht combineer je met een goede affiniteit voor cijfers en Excel.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de werking van een onderneming en de rol van financiële informatie bij beslissingen.
  • Processen en werkmethodes continu verbeteren spreekt je aan.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden helpen je om vlot samen te werken met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Vertrouwdheid met Microsoft 365, boekhoudsoftware of Power BI vormt een pluspunt.
  • Nederlands of Frans beheers je vloeiend.
  • Een professionele beheersing van het Engels is vereist.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en wil stap voor stap groeien in je rol.
