Voor een sterk groeiende en innovatieve organisatie zoeken we een Allround Accounting Assistant die mee het financiële hart van de onderneming draaiende houdt. Je krijgt de kans om een brede verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen de financiële administratie en actief mee te denken over optimalisaties, digitalisering en automatisering.

Jobomschrijving

Als Allround Accounting Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en efficiënte financiële administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle financiële processen vlot verlopen en draagt actief bij aan verdere professionalisering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en beheren van de dagelijkse financiële administratie
  • Opvolgen van klantenbetalingen en openstaande vorderingen
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van leveranciersbetalingen
  • Beheer van btw-administratie en andere fiscale verplichtingen
  • Afstemmen van btw-rekeningen en onderzoeken van eventuele verschillen
  • Verzorgen van Intrastat-aangiftes
  • Ondersteunen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Voorbereiden van auditdocumentatie voor interne en externe controles
  • Samenwerken met externe accountants en financiële partners
  • Signaleren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen binnen finance
  • Meewerken aan verdere digitalisering en automatisering
  • Ondersteunen van loonadministratie en contacten met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Opnemen van bijkomende administratieve taken waar nodig

Must haves

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting of financiële administratie
  • Goede kennis van Belgische btw-regelgeving en boekhoudkundige processen
  • Vlotte kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Accuraat, gestructureerd en sterk in het bewaken van deadlines
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid met een groot gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Interesse in procesoptimalisatie en automatisering

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Intrastat-aangiftes
  • Kennis van Exact Online
  • Ervaring met loonadministratie
  • Betrokken geweest bij audits en afsluitingen
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale of projectmatige omgeving
