The posting

Au sein d’un environnement international actif dans la gestion de projets de construction complexes, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le suivi administratif et financier d’un grand chantier en Belgique. Le poste est entièrement basé sur site et implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes de contrôle des coûts et de gestion de projet.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Assurer la gestion administrative des procédures de Change Control, des outils associés et des livrables en collaboration avec l’équipe Cost Control.
  • Gérer les procédures et outils liés au contrôle des heures PM Group et à la mesure de la productivité, ainsi que les livrables associés.
  • Traiter les factures et demandes de paiement des entrepreneurs, fournisseurs et sous‑consultants.
  • Recevoir, trier et rapprocher les factures et documents justificatifs avec les bons de commande, les jalons de paiement et les avis de réception.
  • Distribuer et suivre les factures auprès des responsables de projet pour approbation.
  • Effectuer les rapprochements de comptes fournisseurs et collaborer avec l’équipe Achats et les fournisseurs pour résoudre les écarts.
  • Répondre aux demandes des fournisseurs, du département Achats et du département Finance de manière professionnelle et rapide.
  • Préparer les relevés mensuels et assurer le rapprochement des comptes pour le reporting de fin de mois.
  • Assumer la responsabilité de tâches et projets spécifiques assignés.
  • Minimum cinq ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement au sein d’un département Achats ou Project Controls d’une organisation d’ingénierie, de construction ou d’un fournisseur.
  • Capacité à interagir régulièrement avec le personnel, la direction et les clients pour échanger des informations pertinentes.
  • Expérience avec Ebuilder appréciée, formation possible si nécessaire.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et des outils de gestion de données.
  • Sens du travail bien fait, confidentialité et fiabilité.
  • Personne organisée, autonome, attentive aux détails et capable de travailler de manière indépendante.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à établir des priorités.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et aptitude à travailler efficacement en équipe.
  • Capacité à maintenir un comportement professionnel dans des situations exigeantes.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite.
