Als Finance Assistent ben je een veelzijdige steun binnen het team en ondersteun je de Finance Manager. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van de financiële administratie.

Klantenadministratie

  • Opvolgen van openstaande klantenfacturen
  • Versturen van betalingsherinneringen
  • Verzenden van duplicaten van facturen en creditnota’s
  • Betalingsinformatie opvragen bij klanten

Leveranciersadministratie

  • Beheren en opvolgen van de finance-mailbox
  • Controleren en verwerken van leveranciersfacturen
  • Afhandelen van leveranciersherinneringen
  • Ontbrekende facturen opvragen

Overige taken

  • Openstaande facturen voorbereiden voor betaling via Isabel
  • Verwerken van aankoopfacturen van grondstoffen en folie in ERP, inclusief controle met goederenontvangsten
  • Opmaken van aangetekende zendingen, creditnota’s en andere facturen
  • Goederenontvangsten koppelen aan bijbehorende facturen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning aan de externe boekhouder
  • Intercompany facturatie tussen vestigingen in Liedekerke en Diest
  • Facturatie van productieafval aan Rymoplast en Veolia
  • Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande post
  • Diverse administratieve taken (BRC, directie, sales, accijnzen, …)

Je komt terecht in een dynamische en veelzijdige omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, structuur en initiatief centraal staan.

Minimale diploma’s en opleidingen

  • Beschikt over minstens een bachelor of kan een uitgebreide ervaring van minimaal 5 jaar in een gelijkwaardige functie aantonen.

Technische vaardigheden

  • Ervaring met het implementeren en beheren van een ERP-systeem
  • Ruime kennis van IT
  • Sterke financiële achtergrond
  • Goede beheersing van PC-tools, zoals MS Office

  • Analytisch ingesteld
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten
  • Integer en discreet
  • Proactief, assertief en hands-on
  • Sterk in het implementeren en beheren van procedures
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in administratie
  • Stressbestendig
  • Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • Flexibel inzetbaar
  • Duidelijke en correcte rapportering
  • Vlot communicatief in Nederlands, Frans en Engels; kennis van Duits is een pluspunt
