Nieuw Vennep Finance & Backoffice medewerker Functie omschrijving De Technische Detacheerder stelt kandidaten binnen de techniek te werk bij diverse werkgevers in de Randsteden en dit aantal groeit snel, daarom zijn wij voor de afdeling Finance & Backoffice op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Dan is de baan als Finance & Backoffice medewerker echt iets voor jou! Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor de afdeling backoffice die op de hoogte is van de wet en regelgeving omtrent het ABU en andere diverse CAO's en het aanspreekpunt is voor collega's die vragen hierover hebben. Hiernaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - On-boarden van toekomstige kandidaten; - Ervoor zorg dragen dat de gewerkt uren vanuit ons urenportaal bij de salaris administratie terecht komt; - Het nakijken van verkoop en inkoopfacturen; - Debiteurenbeheer (geen facturatie); - Vragen beantwoorden aangaande betreffende salarisspecificaties, en de salarisbetaling aan het personeel (geen salarisberekening); - Beheren van de documenten rondom kandidaten die te werk gesteld zijn; - Werkzaamheden van huishoudelijke aard; - Andere diverse administratieve werkzaamheden; Functie eisen - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 en mbo+ denk- en werkniveau; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een administratieve functie en dan met voorkeur bij een uitzend- en of detacheringsbureau; - Ervaring met digitale verloning- en of urenportalen aangaande uitzend- en of detacheringsbureau is een pré.
