Voor een gekende speler in de facility services, regio Evere, zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Business Advsior. Heb je een eerste ervaring binnen de audit of analytische boekhouding achter de rug? Of kom je net van de schoolbanken en heb je nodige maturiteit om deze functie tot een goed einde te brengen? Dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres.

Deze functie omvat een mix van boekhouding, analyses en rapportering en financieel advies. Dit wordt omkaderd door een bedrijf in groei die je de nodige mogelijkheden biedt om jouw carrière te lanceren of de volgende stap te zetten.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Jouw contacten met het boekhoudteam bestaan uit Je controleert en ondersteunt hen bij de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen voor verschillende business units Je vergelijkt de vooropgestelde budgetten met de actuals en voert variantieanalyses uit om de verschillen te verklaren Op regelmatige basis bereid je rapportering voor naar de groep ivm budgetcycli en forecasts Je houdt een overzicht van de uitgevoerde reconciliaties tussen de verschillende business units.
  • Je neemt een adviserende positie op Je ondersteunt de Finance Manager bij de jaarbudgetten obv jouw inzichten Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de verschillende departementen wat betreft hun kostenplaatje en probeert de financiële gegevens in mensentaal om te zetten Je ondersteunt de integratie van de budgetten/forecast in het systeem Je voert ad hoc analyses uit om advies te geven om de prestaties van de teams te verbeteren.
  • Je denkt proactief mee na over verbetering wat betreft de financiële verwerking van data Je zorgt voor een optimalisatie van de financiële processen en het naleven van interne controles Je denkt na hoe de rapportering op een efficiënte manier aan te pakken

Het ideale profiel als Finance Business Advisor:

  • Je hebt een academische achtergrond binnen een Economische richting (Bachelor of Masterniveau)
  • Kan je terugkijken op een eerste ervaring binnen audit of controlling? Dan heb je een streepje voor, maar ze staan ook open voor schoolverlaters
  • Ze zijn op zoek naar iemand met een ambitieuze en gedreven ingesteldheid, die op een communicatieve manier de financiële resultaten kan delen met de verschillende teams
  • Door de tweetaligheid binnen het bedrijf, vragen ze iemand die de twee landstalen goed beheert
  • Kennis van Excel & Power Bi is een must
  • Als je al met Agresso hebt gewerkt dan is dit een plus
  • Je neemt graag de leiding en gaat de moeilijke gesprekken niet uit de weg
