The posting

Als Finance Business Advisor rapporteer je aan de Finance Manager en fungeer je als financiële sparringpartner voor de verschillende operationele afdelingen. Je analyseert financiële prestaties, ondersteunt de rapporteringsprocessen en werkt actief mee aan de verdere optimalisatie van financiële tools en processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

Finance Business Partnering & Reporting

  • Meewerken aan de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen vanuit een managementperspectief.
  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten en verklaren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van budgetten en doelstellingen.
  • Opstellen van periodieke groepsrapporteringen voor maandelijkse opvolging, budgetten en forecasts.
  • Verzamelen, structureren en analyseren van financiële gegevens om managementinzichten te bieden.
  • Waken over de consistentie en betrouwbaarheid van financiële rapporteringen.

Budgettering, forecasting & performanceanalyse

  • Ondersteunen van het jaarlijkse budgetproces en forecastoefeningen.
  • Begeleiden van budgetverantwoordelijken bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van hun budgetten.
  • Uitwerken van analyses en rapporten ter ondersteuning van financiële planning.
  • Integreren van budgetten en forecasts in de financiële systemen.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hocanalyses om de prestaties van de business te ondersteunen.

Continue verbetering & digitalisering

  • Signaleren van opportuniteiten om financiële processen en rapporteringen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Bijdragen aan de automatisering en digitalisering van financiële analyses.
  • Voorstellen formuleren om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van de financiële werking te verhogen.

Ondersteuning boekhouding

  • Ondersteunen van het Finance-team met algemene boekhoudkundige kennis.
  • Verwerken en boeken van facturen van de holding.
  • Opvolgen van workflows en betalingsgerelateerde processen.

Wij zoeken een analytische en proactieve finance professional die financiële cijfers weet te vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten voor de business.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management of een master in een financiële richting.
  • Een eerste relevante professionele ervaring binnen controlling, business controlling of financiële rapportering.
  • Een sterke analytische ingesteldheid en een goede financiële basis.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Het vermogen om financiële analyses te maken en verbeteropportuniteiten te identificeren.
  • Een proactieve houding en zin voor initiatief.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset.
  • Interesse in digitalisering en het gebruik van AI om processen te optimaliseren.
  • Een integere en discrete omgang met vertrouwelijke financiële informatie.
