Krijg jij energie van cijfers die een verhaal vertellen? Vertaal jij financiële data moeiteloos naar heldere inzichten waar het management écht op kan bouwen? Dan ben jij misschien de Finance/Business Controller die we zoeken.

  • Je ontwikkelt en levert duidelijke, actiegerichte maandrapportages en bereidt de forecasts en budgetten voor de verschillende bedrijfstakken voor. Dit doe je voor financiële resultaten, investeringen en cashflow (werkkapitaal), op basis van de belangrijkste drijfveren van de activiteiten zoals macro-economische parameters, operationele KPI's en interne initiatieven.
  • Je bouwt een heldere link tussen operationele KPI's en financiële resultaten en verhoogt zo de kwaliteit en snelheid van de business decision support.
  • Je volgt de groepsresultaten, de evolutie van de parameters en de actieplannen nauwgezet op en stuurt waar nodig bij, in samenspraak met het management.
  • Je bouwt mee aan business cases voor nieuwe initiatieven, samen met de operationele verantwoordelijken van de betrokken departementen (IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations…), en zorgt voor een post-mortemopvolging.
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiëntere bedrijfsvoering door besparings- en efficiëntie-initiatieven te identificeren en te kwantificeren en door terugkerende rapportages te automatiseren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële controles van de balans, P&L en cashflow, ondersteunt de audit en verwerkt alle nodige informatie voor de jaarafsluiting (Raad van Bestuur, Algemene Vergadering…).
  • Je bent erg analytisch ingesteld en gebruikt granulaire data en drijvers om scherpe bedrijfsinzichten te genereren.
  • Je hebt een gedegen kennis van boekhoudregels en -principes. Daarnaast kennen forecastings en budgetten opstellen geen geheim voor jou.
  • Je bent best-in-class op het vlak van intelligentie, leervermogen en werkethiek.
  • Je bent een talent in procesmatig denken, organisatie en planning.
  • Je toont flexibiliteit en snelheid in actie en blijft kalm onder druk.
  • Je bent een heldere, verfijnde en krachtige communicator.
  • Je hebt een proactieve mentaliteit en neemt ten allen tijde ownership.
  • Je denkt ‘ah zo denk ik er ook over’ als je onze ENER²GY-waarden leest.
