The posting

In deze groeiende retailgroep krijg je een veelzijdige financiële rol waarin controlling, financieel beheer en procesoptimalisatie samenkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en ondersteunt zowel de interne boekhouding als de externe partners. Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie en levert inzichten die de groei van de groep mee vormgeven.

De functie omvat onder meer:

  • Uitvoeren van stock‑ en systeemcontroles, inclusief opvolging van stockmutaties, analyse van afwijkende waarden en controle van foutieve leveringen of administratieve vergissingen.
  • Correct opvolgen van processen en procedures rond voorraadbeheer.
  • Actieve ondersteuning bij kwartaalafsluitingen en fungeren als schakel tussen interne boekhouding, extern boekhoudkantoor en bestuurders.
  • Aanbrengen van financiële inzichten tijdens directieoverleg ter ondersteuning van de verdere groei van de groep.
  • Uitvoeren van budgetanalyses, signaleren van afwijkingen en opvolgen van budgetten.
  • Controleren van contractuele afspraken en correcte facturatie.
  • Analyseren van systemen, detecteren van risico’s, onregelmatigheden en afwijkingen, en rapporteren hiervan.
  • Bijdragen aan de verbetering van administratieve en operationele processen.
  • Affiniteit met financiën, aankoop en business control, met directe samenwerking met de directie.
  • Relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een retailomgeving.
  • Vlot in een digitale werkomgeving en sterk in computergebruik; opleiding wordt voorzien.
  • Positieve ingesteldheid en handelen in het belang van de groep, met een “Yes, We Can”-mentaliteit.
  • Bachelor of master in economie en organisatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
