Voor een Productiebedrijf in regio Genk zijn we op zoek naar een Finance & Business Controller.

Jouw uitdaging

Ben je sterk in financiële analyse en wil je een actieve rol spelen in het verbeteren van processen en rapportering? Voor een groeiende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Business Partner die fungeert als sparringpartner voor zowel de finance collega's en business teams.

Je ondersteunt de Senior Accountants bij financiële vraagstukken en bent de rechterhand van de Finance Manager. Daarnaast werk je financiële analyses uit en draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van financiële processen, rapportering en systemen.

Jouw profiel

  • Masterdiploma binnen een economische of financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een aantal jaren relevante ervaring binnen financial controlling of business partnering.
  • Achtergrond binnen een productieomgeving is een troef.
  • Affiniteit met procesverbetering, automatisatie en digitalisering.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een kritische ingesteldheid.
  • In staat om complexe financiële gegevens om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en zelfstandig.
  • Ervaring met Business Central en kennis van data-analyse en BI-tools is een plus.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Basiskennis van het Frans is een meerwaarde.
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot in samenwerking met diverse stakeholders.
