Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf is Konnekt op zoek naar een Finance Business Partner. Met een sterk team van meer dan duizend medewerkers wereldwijd combineren we ambitie met een nuchtere, mensgerichte aanpak, waarbij groei, samenwerking en duurzaamheid centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je voert grondige analyses uit van resultaten, rendement en risico’s binnen jouw segmenten. Hierbij leg je verbanden tussen marktontwikkelingen, trends en groeikansen.
  • Je vertaalt complexe financiële gegevens naar duidelijke rapporten en presentaties voor het management, inclusief heldere aanbevelingen voor verdere optimalisatie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van het werkkapitaal en houdt toezicht op de risico’s rond voorraden en essentiële grondstoffen.
  • Je coördineert en bewaakt het volledige planningsproces, van budget en forecast tot strategisch plan, tot op EBIT-niveau.
  • Je levert financiële ondersteuning bij strategische projecten, zoals investeringsdossiers, kapitaaluitgaven (CAPEX) en mogelijke overnames (M&A).
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het reporting team om rapportage- en analysetools verder te ontwikkelen en te uniformeren.
  • Als sparringpartner voor het management lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van je marktsegmenten door waardevolle financiële inzichten te bieden.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in financiën, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, idealiter als controller of business partner in een industriële, productie- of chemische omgeving.
  • Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van financiële processen en weet cijfers om te zetten in concrete adviezen die impact hebben.
  • Ervaring met SAP en geavanceerde data-analysetools is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een bijkomend voordeel.
  • Je combineert analytisch denkvermogen met overtuigingskracht en weet complexe financiële thema’s helder te presenteren aan stakeholders op directieniveau.
  • Je bent proactief, ondernemend en gewend om samen te werken met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines.
