In een groeiende en moderne productieomgeving krijg je als Finance Business Partner een centrale rol binnen het financiële departement. De functie combineert controlling, procesoptimalisatie en business partnering, waardoor jouw expertise als Finance Business Partner een directe impact heeft op de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.

  • Ondersteunen van GL‑accountants binnen de verschillende business units en fungeren als klankbord voor financecollega’s.
  • Uitvoeren van financiële analyses en adviseren van de finance manager en business teams.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van financiële processen binnen ERP Business Central.
  • Ondersteunen bij digitalisering en verbetering van rapportering en dataflows.
  • Meewerken aan de financiële planning- en rapporteringscyclus, inclusief maandafsluitingen, budgettering, forecasting en resultaatanalyses.
  • Coördineren van het budgetproces en verzamelen van relevante informatie vanuit de organisatie.
  • Ondersteunen van het management bij financiële analyses, business cases en ad‑hoc vraagstukken.
  • Vertalen van financiële informatie naar concrete acties en inzichten voor verschillende vestigingen en businessverantwoordelijken.
  • Assisteren bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen op analytisch niveau.
  • Opstellen van balansen, resultatenrekeningen en managementrapportages.
  • Voorbereiden van auditdossiers en ondersteunen bij interne controles.
  • Actief meedenken over de verdere ontwikkeling van de financeafdeling.

Als Finance Business Partner draag je bij aan efficiëntere processen, sterkere rapportering en betrouwbare financiële inzichten die de groei van de organisatie ondersteunen.

  • Master denkniveau in een economische of financiële richting, bij voorkeur aangevuld met minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Procesmatig denker met sterke interesse in optimalisatie en digitalisering.
  • Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Proactief, kritisch en in staat prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, basiskennis Frans en goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Ervaring met ERP‑systemen, waarbij Business Central een sterke troef is.
  • Ervaring met Power BI en data‑analyse is een pluspunt.
