Je werkt onder andere samen met Operations en Sales en bent voor budgethouders een belangrijke gesprekspartner. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Opstellen en analyseren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages; - Opstellen van budgetten, forecasts en financiële analyses; - Verklaren van afwijkingen tussen begroting en daadwerkelijke resultaten; - Analyseren van financiële én operationele KPI's; - Signaleren van risico's, kansen en mogelijkheden om processen te verbeteren; - Adviseren van Operations, Sales en andere stakeholders over financiële vraagstukken; - Ondersteunen bij business cases, investeringsvoorstellen en commerciële plannen; - Meedenken over kostenbeheersing en het verhogen van efficiency; - Verbeteren van rapportages, financiële processen en managementinformatie; - Samenwerken met collega's binnen Finance en met internationale stakeholders. Je bent hierbij niet alleen bezig met wat de cijfers laten zien, maar vooral met waarom resultaten zich ontwikkelen zoals ze doen. Je zoekt actief naar de achterliggende oorzaken en bespreekt jouw bevindingen met de mensen die hier dagelijks mee werken. Je werkt in een internationale omgeving, maar binnen een relatief compacte en betrokken organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn.
