The posting

  • Maandrapportering voorbereiden, analyseren en presenteren richting de groep.
  • KPI’s, budgetten, forecasts en cashflow opvolgen en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren.
  • Omzet-, marge- en kostenanalyses uitvoeren en rendabiliteit bewaken.
  • Heldere financiële inzichten en ad‑hoc analyses leveren aan het management.
  • Rapporteringstools en dashboards optimaliseren en verder uitbouwen.
  • De business goed leren kennen en nauw samenwerken met operationele en commerciële teams.
  • Data‑gedreven analyses uit Odoo inzetten om beslissingen te onderbouwen.
  • De financiële integratie na overname coördineren: processen harmoniseren, data integreren en rapportering uniform maken.
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit van de boekhouding door externe kantoren en ondersteunen bij afsluitingen, audits en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Financiële processen en interne controles verbeteren en de finance‑werking verder professionaliseren.

Must haves:

  • Ervaring in een KMO-omgeving binnen finance, controlling of business partnering
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak
  • Bachelor of master in een economische of financiële richting, of bewezen gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en kennis van het Frans (basis is voldoende)
  • Bereidheid tot werken in een veranderende, groeiende context (ook andere overnames zijn niet uitgesloten)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Ervaring met Odoo en/of AFAS is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit met projectgericht werken
  • Ervaring met ERP-transities of procesoptimalisatie
  • Extra talenkennis of internationale ervaring
  • Sociaal vaardig, pragmatisch, ‘goesting’ en niet bang voor constructieve confrontatie
