The posting

  • Als Finance business partner ben je de financiële sparringpartner van zowel het management als de business. Je vertaalt financiële data naar heldere inzichten en ondersteunt de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie;
  • Ondersteunen van de financiële planning- en controlcyclus, inclusief budgettering, forecasting en maandafsluitingen;
  • Uitvoeren van financiële analyses, business cases en rendabiliteitsanalyses ter ondersteuning van strategische beslissingen;
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor business managers, vestigingen en finance collega's;
  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van managementrapportages, KPI's en financiële dashboards;
  • Assisteren bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en het voorbereiden van auditdossiers;
  • Bijdragen aan de digitalisering en optimalisatie van financiële processen binnen ERP Business Central;
  • Verbeteren van rapportering, dataflows en financiële systemen om datagedreven besluitvorming te ondersteunen;
  • Ondersteunen van GL-accountants en financiële teams met analyses, advies en projectmatige vraagstukken;
  • Actief meedenken over de verdere professionalisering en ontwikkeling van de finance afdeling.
  • Een master denkniveau in een economische, financiële of bedrijfskundige richting, aangevuld met een aantal jaar stabiele relevante ervaring binnen controlling, finance of business analyse;
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving is een mooie meerwaarde;
  • Een sterke interesse in procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en de verdere professionalisering van financiële processen;
  • Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en in staat om financiële data om te zetten naar bruikbare inzichten en aanbevelingen;
  • Een proactieve en kritische mindset, gecombineerd met het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om als sparringpartner op te treden voor zowel finance als business;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central vormt een belangrijke troef;
  • Vertrouwd met data-analyse en rapportering; ervaring met Power BI;
  • Een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je combineert een sterke financiële expertise met een analytische blik en een hands-on mentaliteit. Dankzij jouw kritische ingesteldheid, procesmatige aanpak en interesse in digitalisering draag je actief bij aan betere financiële inzichten en een efficiëntere organisatie.
