De organisatie is actief in een internationale commerciële en operationele context, waar verschillende businesslijnen en markten samenkomen. Finance speelt er een actieve rol in besluitvorming en werkt nauw samen met sales, marketing en management om groei rendabel en beheersbaar te houden.

Als finance business partner fungeer je als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor de commerciële organisatie. Je combineert analytische diepgang met businessinzicht en draagt zichtbaar bij aan strategische keuzes, budgettering en performance management.

Finance Business Partner- Functieomschrijving:

  • Sturen van financiële planning en rapportering door het opstellen en analyseren van budgetten, rolling forecasts en langetermijnplannen die commerciële prioriteiten ondersteunen.
  • Analyseren en challengen van commerciële performantie en rendabiliteit via omzet-, marge-, klant- en productanalyses, inclusief varianties ten opzichte van budget en forecast.
  • Onderbouwen van pricing-, promotie- en investeringsbeslissingen met financiële modellen, scenario-analyses en ad-hoc inzichten voor management en commerciële teams.

Finance Business Partner - Profiel:

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen commercial finance, controlling of financiële analyse, met duidelijke affiniteit voor business partnering.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een zeer goede beheersing van Excel; ervaring met rapporteringstools, data-analyse of ERP-systemen vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Vlotte communicatie en stakeholdermanagement, met het vermogen om complexe financiële inzichten helder te vertalen naar commerciële en niet-financiële gesprekspartners.
