Onze klant in de regio Deerlijk is een internationale productieorganisatie met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, innovatie en verdere groei. Om de financiële en operationele prestaties verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Finance Business Partner.

In deze rol ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management en help je de business om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen. Je combineert financiële analyses met een goed inzicht in productie, supply chain en rendabiliteit. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om processen te optimaliseren en rechtstreeks impact te maken op de resultaten.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je coördineert de budgettering en forecasting en volgt de financiële doelstellingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten, marges, kostprijzen en operationele KPI's.
  • Je verzorgt de managementrapportering en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen.
  • Je bespreekt financiële prestaties en afwijkingen met de verschillende stakeholders en het management.
  • Je identificeert risico's en opportuniteiten en denkt actief mee over verbeteracties.
  • Je volgt het werkkapitaal en de cashgeneratie op en bewaakt de financiële efficiëntie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie en supply chain om kosten en processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je neemt initiatief bij projecten rond digitalisering, automatisering en de verbetering van financiële rapportering.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde je master in een economische/financiële richting of beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling of business partnering.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving en begrijpt de financiële uitdagingen die hiermee gepaard gaan.
  • Je bent sterk in budgettering, forecasting, managementrapportering en financiële analyses.
  • Je kan complexe cijfers vertalen naar heldere inzichten en concrete acties.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel financiële als operationele stakeholders.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en rapporteringstools, kennis van SAP en BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt kritisch mee met de business.
