The posting

Als Finance Business Partner ondersteun je de teams die de bemanning van schepen plannen en beheren. Je helpt hen financiële keuzes te maken over personeelsinzet, kosten en operationele prestaties. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Crewing, Vessel Management, HR en Operations.

Je vertaalt financiële gegevens naar duidelijke inzichten voor de verantwoordelijken en onderzoekt hoe middelen efficiënter kunnen worden ingezet.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Adviseren van Crewing en Vessel Management bij operationele en strategische beslissingen.
  • Opstellen van businesscases, scenarioanalyses en financiële aanbevelingen.
  • Onderzoeken van mogelijkheden om personeelskosten te beheersen en middelen efficiënter in te zetten.
  • Leiden van het budget- en forecastproces voor jouw werkgebied.
  • Vergelijken van de werkelijke resultaten met budgetten en forecasts.
  • Analyseren van kostendrijvers, trends, kansen en risico’s.
  • Opstellen van financiële rapporteringen voor de betrokken teams en het management.
  • Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van dashboards en prestatieanalyses.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van financiële gegevens en de toepassing van interne richtlijnen.
  • Verbeteren van processen en systemen, waaronder SAP en Power BI.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, Bedrijfskunde of een verwante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in business finance, financial controlling, FP&A of finance business partnering.
  • Je bent sterk in financiële analyse en het opstellen van financiële modellen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met budgettering, forecasting en businesscases.
  • Je kan complexe cijfers helder toelichten aan collega’s buiten Finance.
  • Je durft aannames kritisch en constructief te bespreken.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitale rapportering en data-analyse.
  • Ervaring met SAP en Power BI heeft de voorkeur.
  • Ervaring in een projectmatige, technische, maritieme of internationale omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels.
