Voor een internationaal groeiend bedrijf in de gezondheidszorg in de regio Tielt zoeken wij een Finance Business Partner. Het is een groep van meer dan 15 gespecialiseerde bedrijven.. Ze werken aan innovatieve oplossingen en betrouwbaar onderzoek binnen de gezondheidszorg. De groep is actief op meerdere continenten en verkent voortdurend nieuwe markten. Ben jij analytisch sterk en haal je energie uit het omzetten van financiële en operationele data naar heldere inzichten? Wil je met data en AI bijdragen aan betere besluitvorming? Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bouwt en beheert de groepsrapportering en vertaalt rapporteringsnoden naar relevante KPI's, dashboards en managementrapporten.
  • Je analyseert omzet, marges, kosten en rendabiliteit en zet trends en afwijkingen om in concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en tijdigheid van financiële en operationele data door nauw af te stemmen met de buitenlandse entiteiten.
  • Je zet data-analyse, automatisering en AI in om rapportering, forecasting en financiële processen slimmer en sneller te maken.
  • Als finance business partner ondersteun je het management bij budgettering, forecasting en performance reviews en begeleid je de integratie van nieuwe bedrijven in de rapportering en processen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in finance, economie, handelsingenieur of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent analytisch en kritisch, kijkt verder dan de cijfers en vertaalt businessvragen naar heldere inzichten.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en Office 365 en hebt ervaring met dashboarding en reporting automation. Kennis van Odoo is een plus.
  • Je hebt ervaring met AI-tools of een sterke interesse om AI toe te passen in financiële analyses. Je spreekt goed Engels en voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving.
