The posting

Binnen een internationale voedingsomgeving waar innovatie, duurzaamheid en samenwerking centraal staan, neem je een sleutelrol op binnen het financiële beleid. Als Finance Business Partner ondersteun je het management met strategische inzichten en stuur je mee aan de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Strategisch samenwerken met de General Manager en het Unit Leadership Team om financiële doelstellingen te behalen en groei te stimuleren.
  • Uitvoeren van diepgaande analyses en delen van financiële inzichten via standaardrapportering en ad-hocrapporten.
  • Vertalen van cijfers naar duidelijke verhalen en aanbevelingen, en het mee vormgeven van corrigerende acties.
  • Ondersteunen van de financiële planning op korte, middellange en lange termijn, inclusief forecasting, budgettering en langetermijnplanning.
  • Voorstellen doen rond procesverbetering en vereenvoudiging in samenwerking met de controllingafdeling.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de doelstellingen van de Unit Leadership Team en deelnemen aan de lokale ondernemingsraad.
  • In samenwerking met FP&A de financiële resultaten toelichten (P&L, werkkapitaal, productiekosten, omzet- en prijsontwikkelingen).
  • Aanreiken van aanbevelingen aan het management om de prestaties te verbeteren en acties mee aan te sturen.
  • Lokale financiële leiding bieden, risico’s afwegen en objectief deelnemen aan besluitvorming.
  • Resultaten analyseren ten opzichte van budget en forecast, inclusief het identificeren van kostenbesparingen en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Leiding geven aan een Financial Analyst, inclusief coaching, taakplanning, opvolging van doelstellingen en ontwikkelingstrajecten.
  • Masterdiploma in Business, Accounting, Economics of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Een bijkomende accountingkwalificatie (ACCA, CIMA of vergelijkbaar) is een sterke troef.
  • Minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance.
  • Ervaring in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering of financieel management is vereist.
  • Kennis of ervaring met ERP‑implementaties is een pluspunt.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels.
  • Bereidheid om regelmatig te reizen (ongeveer 10%).
  • Een positieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset en het vermogen om door ambiguïteit te navigeren.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving en affiniteit met sales en business development.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om grote hoeveelheden data te structureren.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om efficiënt te schakelen met senior management.
