We beheren meerdere fondsen met een compact, ondernemend team van vijf mensen - dicht op onze investeerders en onze portefeuillebedrijven. En we schalen op: van fondsen gedragen door 60+ individuele investeerders naar structuren met institutionele partijen. Die volgende stap vraagt om een stevige financiële en compliance-basis - en daarvoor zoeken we een Finance & Compliance Manager die onze back-office en compliance naar een hoger niveau tilt. De functie In deze veelzijdige rol zorg jij ervoor dat de volledige financiële back-office soepel draait. Je stelt betrouwbare fonds- en portefeuillerapportages op voor onze investeerders, houdt de administratie strak op orde en zorgt dat we aantoonbaar 'in control' zijn op het gebied van compliance. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt in processen en grijpt kansen om die processen slimmer te maken. Het is een rol met perspectief: je kunt meegroeien naar een sleutelpositie (CFO-profiel) naarmate het beheerd vermogen en de organisatie groeien. Wat ga je doen Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de financiële back-office en compliance. In grote lijnen: • Finance & rapportage - Je voert en verbetert de administratie in Exact en stelt maand-, kwartaal- en jaarcijfers op, inclusief budgetten, forecasts en cashflow- en liquiditeitsplanning. Je bewaakt betalingen, facturen en declaraties met de juiste autorisaties en audit trail, stuurt externe dienstverleners aan (loonadministratie, fiscale aangiften en fund administration) en coördineert het jaarrekeningtraject en de jaarlijkse audit met de externe accountant. • Fonds- & leningadministratie - Je h...
