Onze opdrachtgever is een vooruitstrevende consultancy-speler. In plaats van een anonieme, kille prestatiecultuur kiest deze speler bewust voor een toegankelijke, warme omgeving waarin vertrouwen, flexibiliteit en werkplezier het fundament vormen. Kennis wordt er intensief gedeeld: je komt terecht in een hecht team van ervaren controllers en finance-specialisten die elkaar versterken en graag sparren over inhoudelijke vraagstukken.

Als Controlling Consultant stap je via afwisselende projecten binnen bij uiteenlopende organisaties, van snelgroeiende kmo's tot internationale corporate spelers. Dit geeft je de unieke kans om de vele facetten van het controllingvak in de praktijk grondig te leren kennen en toe te passen. Waar je bij de ene klant bouwt aan overzichtelijke BI-dashboards en KPI-structuren, duik je bij een volgend project in de budgetteringscyclus, kostprijsanalyses of het opzetten van haarscherpe rolling forecasts. Je leert schaken op verschillende niveaus: van Financial Controlling en rapportage tot diepgaand Business Controlling direct naast de directie. Door die continue variatie in werkomgevingen, ERP-systemen en bedrijfsmodellen bouw je in korte tijd een indrukwekkende vakkennis op en ontdek je precies waar jouw inhoudelijke kracht ligt. Een ideale uitdaging voor een leergierige cijferanalist die door veelzijdigheid wil doorgroeien tot een veelgevraagd finance-expert!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Finance Consultant:

  • Breng financiële processen in kaart en adviseer over efficiëntere werkwijzen en praktische verbeteringen.
  • Stel betrouwbare rapportages, prognoses en budgetten op die managementteams ondersteunen bij strategische keuzes.
  • Ontwikkel en verbeter dashboards en rapportagetools, zodat cijfers helder en overzichtelijk gepresenteerd worden.
  • Analyseer financiële data en signaleer trends, afwijkingen en optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
  • Werk nauw samen met finance teams en management om processen te professionaliseren en resultaten te versterken.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen Audit, Controlling of Accounting.
  • Je bent Analytisch, communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig in het aanpakken van nieuwe uitdagingen.
