Finance & Control Medewerker Fulltime of parttime | Geleen / Heerlen Cijfers kloppen. Processen lopen. Jij houdt het overzicht. Agron Automotive is een groeiend familiebedrijf in de automotive aftermarket, met vestigingen in Geleen en Heerlen. Vanuit meerdere bedrijven en disciplines bedienen we dagelijks garagebedrijven, fleetowners en andere werkplaatsen. Door onze groei en verdere professionalisering zoeken we een Finance & Control Medewerker die energie krijgt van cijfers, structuur en een administratie die gewoon goed geregeld is. Geen stoffige boekhoudfunctie, maar een afwisselende rol met verantwoordelijkheid, korte lijnen en ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we dingen slimmer kunnen doen. Wat ga je doen? Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen onze financiële en administratieve organisatie. Agron bestaat uit meerdere BV's, waardoor er volop variatie zit in de werkzaamheden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Verwerken en controleren van financiële en administratieve gegevens. - Ondersteunen bij debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie. - Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen. - Ondersteunen bij facturatie, betalingen en kas- en bankmutaties. - Controleren van administratieve gegevens en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Ondersteunen bij financiële rapportages en controles. - Beheren en structureren van digitale en fysieke documenten. - Meedenken over het verbeteren en efficiënter maken van administratieve en financiële processen. - Uitvoeren van diverse voorkomende werkzaamheden binnen Finance & Control. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de cijfers en administratie op orde zijn en houdt in de gaten waar iets niet klopt of beter kan. Wie zoeken we?
